Former Major League Pitcher Joins American Leak DetectionEco-Friendly International Franchise Business Welcomes John Davis to the American Leak Detection TeamPalm Springs, California (July 11, 2007) - American Leak Detection is proud to announce John Davis, a former major league pitcher, has been hired as Director of Corporate Operations and Development. For the past 10 years, Davis was the owner/operator of an American Leak Detection franchise in Kentucky.

We&rsuo;re thrilled to have him on board and know that he will be able to help us aggressively expand our corporation operations.”
Davis established and operated a successful American Leak Detection franchise in Kentucky for more than ten years. As owner/operator of the Kentucky franchise, he was consistently awarded Top Producer from 1999 through 2006. Davis’ primary responsibilities will be to manage our corporate properties in Hawaii and Connecticut and to aggressively develop new operations to allow us to better serve our customers.
“I’m looking forward to utilizing my 10 years experience with an American Leak Detection franchise ownership here at the Palm Springs headquarters for ALD,” says Davis. “There are tremendous challenges opening and successfully running a franchise business and I believe my experience doing so will be an asset for my work here at corporate headquarters.”
Before joining the business world, Davis spent 14 years pitching for the Kansas City Royals, the Chicago White Sox and the San Diego Padres. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Davis was 24 years old when he broke into the big leagues with the Kansas City Royals.
