National Leader in Leak Detection Announces Service Expansion to Boston and Surrounding Areas

American Leak Detection, Inc. Will Bring Cutting Edge Products and Services to the Area and Take Over Operation of Environmental Biotech Intl. Following Recent Corporate Alliance

Palm Springs, California (November 20, 2007) - American Leak Detection (ALD) has expanded into the Boston, Massachusetts area, announced today by President and CEO Stan Berenbaum. The company plans to take over operation of the existing Environmental Biotech Intl. as part of the move, creating a full-service agency for environmentally friendly products and services related to water management, water conservation and water recycling. The business will also offer all of the leak detection services for which American Leak Detection is known around the country.

Last month, American Leak Detection (ALD), the leading brand in non-invasive leak detection services, and Environmental Biotech International (EBI), a United Kingdom and United States headquartered leader in sewer, grease and odor solutions announced the first stage of a comprehensive long-term business alliance. The combination of services offered in Boston is an impressive first step in bringing the benefits of this alliance to the consumer.

“This expansion will enable us to not only continue to offer EBI bio remediation solutions to Boston area residents and businesses but also non-invasive leak detection services which have been in strong demand as of late,” says Stan Berenbaum, President and CEO of American Leak Detection.

Dennis Bashore will manage the Boston office. Bashore brings 27 years experience in the water treatment field and is adeptly skilled as a technician as well as in service management. “I look forward to utilizing my experience in service and installation to successfully run both arms of this combined solutions business,” says Bashore. “ALD and EBI demonstrate the strong commitment to offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ for environmentally friendly products and services associated with water management and conservation, and I recognize the value of being a part of this great opportunity.”

ALD and EBI anticipate a variety of updates as their alliance grows, including a plan to work together in building a brand under the logo and concept of “B Environmental.” The B Environmental program focuses on conservation, cleanliness, hygiene, and odor control and takes us from reactive to proactive by proposing a multitude of solutions for residential, commercial and municipal markets - from retail in-home products to on-going maintenance solutions for commercial businesses and municipalities.
